All property reservations booked through our website are guaranteed to be the lowest rate available for 3, 4 or 5 star properties. If you find a lower rate for the same dates and the same property, simply:

Submit our Rate Guarantee Form within 24 hours of booking or finding a rate
Our reservation center will either meet or beat the rate for any 3, 4 or 5 star hotel.

NOTE: This guarantee may not apply to special events, corporate negotiated or third party bookings. This Low Rate Guarantee does not apply to reservations inside the property’s cancellation policy.
